She ended the first lecture with a group discussion where the class was divided into three groups and provided a scenario for which they were asked to come up with strategies. The discussion and group inputs by everyone solidified their understanding of the topic with a realistic approach. This was followed by a short lunch break.
After the lunch break, the second lecture started on Strategic Change Interventions. she explained different strategies within strategic change interventions such as transformational change, continuous change, and trans-organizational change. With a plethora of examples and activities, she managed to capture the students’ interest and while constantly engaging them for deeper learning. The day ended with another group discussion with the students grasping real time applications of the concepts learned throughout the day.
