About SAMARTH

SAMARTH is a flagship initiative by the Ministry of Education, launched in 2019 under the National Mission on Education through Information and Communication Technology (NMEICT-III). Designed to enhance digital governance in higher education, SAMARTH provides a robust framework for universities and Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) to streamline planning, management, delivery, and monitoring of services for students, staff, and stakeholders.

The SAMARTH e-Governance Platform offers a fully managed, cloud-based, and comprehensive ERP system tailored for HEIs across India. With nine integrated packages and over 40 modules, it ensures seamless digital transformation in education management.
